PRESCRIPTIONS?
A re-order slip is provided
for long term prescriptions. 48 hours is usually required to process these. These
should be handed in at the reception desk or posted with a stamped, self-addressed
envelope.
JOINING THE PRACTICE
The practice accepts patients from the following postcode areas: G4, G20, G21, G22, G33 and G64. For registration purposes you will need proof of identification.
